- 20x20 Tents automatically reserve the Multi Sport Event Trailer (MSET) for the duration of your rental period. 

- A ½ tonne pick up truck with a 2" receiver is needed for the pick up of the trailer (2x 5/16 ball provided).

- A damage deposit of $500 (cheque or credit card) must be provided to Sport Yukon BEFORE pick up of trailer/equipment.

- Temporary tent structures do not require a City of Whitehorse Permit under 60 square meters as of May 2026.
